This is a ramble...be forewarned.   I actually grew up in South Carolina.  Not a choice of my own, I assure you.   So this morning I see Facebook friends that are there moaning about the SC governor announcing that he was doing the horizontal polka with some Argentinian chick.  None of them expressed concern for his wife...they all expressed concern for the state.  What's wrong with the state again?  That the head of it is now established as a liar? &nbs...
